Last week, we had a few more interested people bearing witness to our throwing techniques class.
It began with the usual break falls to ensure everyone knows the proper method and this is also to ensure safety of the karatekas in the upcoming lessons.
We did hip throws and neck throws.
Unfortunately, no photos or footages were captured this time round.
Instead, we found an old footage in our YouTube collection and how nostalgic it was. Everyone had grew quite a bit, even our Enson had grew from a little cute boy into a mischievous one!
